Jordan Fitness Olympic Lifting Chains

Lifting Chains are a great tool for any advanced strength and conditioning programme and can be used alongside barbells, EZ or triceps bars for progressive resistance. Simply attach to the end of the bar and, as the barbell is lifted, more of the chains come off the ground to gradually increase the load as you lift. The heavy-duty Olympic Lifting Chains from Jordan are solid with a durable chrome finish and are complete with chrome collars for Olympic bars.

Available in 3 sizes: 14.7kg (20mm), 23kg (25mm) and 32kg (30mm).

All chains are 180cm in length. Sold in pairs.
